Refund & Return Policy
At Veckora, we want you to love your purchase. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive coverage guarantee for any shipping or manufacturing issues. Please review our policy guidelines below before initiating a request.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right immediately at no additional cost to you.
  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Requirements: Please email our support team at sallieanngenesis@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund or arrange a free replacement shipment based on your preference. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Lost or Undelivered Packages
All of our shipments are fully insured against transit issues. If your tracking information stops updating or the package exceeds our maximum delivery window, please reach out to us. We will file an immediate claim and issue a full refund or send a replacement package.
3. Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse
If you are unhappy with your item but it arrived in perfect condition, you may request a return under the following strict conditions:
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Exclusions: Customized items, personalized goods, or final sale items are not eligible for buyer's remorse returns.
4. How to Start a Return

  2. Do not send items back to the address listed on your shipping label without prior approval, as your return will not be processed.
  3. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
