All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Estimates
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide utilizing a network of local and international fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery windows depend entirely on your destination country:

3. Shipping Costs
  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard trackable shipping on all orders for a flat rate of  $4.99.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order we ship includes comprehensive end-to-end tracking. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email containing a direct tracking link. You can trace your package at any time by visiting our global tracking platforms like 17track. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Veckora is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
All of our shipments are fully insured. If your package is significantly delayed or your tracking information stops updating for more than 15 days, please contact our customer support team immediately at sallieanngenesis@gmail.com. We will open an investigation and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
